About Rasheed
I've been a coach for over 20 years, and I've always been fascinated by the process of assisting athletes in reaching and maintaining greatness. I was a receiver and a running back in high school and college. I've coached receivers, running backs, defensive backs, and linebackers, as well as served as a defensive and special teams coordinator.
When I instruct my football players, I tell them to concentrate on the recovery rather than the mistakes. I believe it is more essential to cultivate a positive mentality since the body will naturally follow. Now, at the conclusion of it all, I always tell the athletes to have a good time. Athletes must fall in love with the process and have joy while doing it to realize their full potential.
I enjoy aiding my clients in reaching their athletic, mental, and emotional goals. Empowering them by developing their confidence, which will serve as a foundation for their emotional stability once they go onto the field.
When I was a student at Chapman University, a former teammate who was the starting middle linebacker requested me to assist him in getting ready for the next football season. His accomplishment as the team's leading tackler and one of the top five tacklers in the SCIAC confence prompted me to continue working with football players individually after college.
Every year, I attend Glazier football clinics to remain current on the latest skills, exercises, and safety rules.

When I initially meet a new client, I give them a quick assessment to evaluate where they are psychologically, and then I put them through a series of agility, flexibility, and running drills to determine their degree of athleticism.
I've worked with football players, baseball players, basketball players, soccer players, track and field athletes, and one exceptional Paralympian who is on the USA team and rated in the top ten in the world in two separate events.
I would recommend that all clients work with a coach that is not only a cheerleader but also candid in his or her assessment throughout training sessions. Look for someone who will care for the client's mental and emotional well-being.
I was working with a college baseball player during the pandemic who received a scholarship to Lynn University after his game footage demonstrated his new athletic abilities as a pitcher.
