About Gwendale

Most trainers or coaches are seasoned veterans and don't get me wrong they do their jobs but they sometimes are unrelatable. Me on the other hand, young and energetic I can reach the peak of a child's potential by giving them the basic fundamentals of health as well as fitness. I want every child I work with to be successful in the sport of their choosing so my goal is to understand the child's expectations to always maintain oneness with our goals. Being a relatedable but consistent training figure is what's key.

I love the game, I love the the basic fundamentals of the game. Spreading that love plus knowledge of health down the line is my part in keeping the game alive. I call it the pay it forward process. Football was passed down to me so I'm doing my part to pass it down as well with high hopes for the children I reach to follow my lead.
