About Brett
Iconic Sports Performance specializes in creating custom progressive programs for clients at every age and fitness level. We focus on Corrective Exercises to fix any imbalances and address any current or post injuries so the client won't reinjure themselves. We offer Sports-Specific Training from youth to professional athletes. We also offer Bootcamps and Strength Classes for the typical 9 to 5er and weekend warrior looking to play recreational sports. Lastly, we offer online programs from workout to meal plans for our clients that move or are out of town and easy to follow from an app.
I love the challenge each client brings to the table if it may be their age or fitness level. To see a client reach their goals is motivation for me to keep striving to be the best.
I am certified with N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have a Certfied Personal Trainer Certification, a Performance Enhancement Certification, Corrective Exercise Certification, and Sports Nutrition Certification.
