Methodology
I have tutored privately since 1974 even when teaching high school or working in an office. I am able to tutor Math from Kindergarten through College level courses, Physics, SAT/ACT Prep, Study Skills and Computer applications. I have tutored for Sylvan and other tutoring services where I trained to tutor Reading, English, Vocabulary and Writing (creative writing is not my forte). I am patient and I will find what teaching/learning method works for you or your student. If you want to work online, I have sample problems ready to use and will accommodate your specific needs. I also have a group rate and a cancellation policy that you can ask about.
Background
I have tutored privately since 1974, mostly Math. My students almost always raise their grade at least 1 letter grade within a grading period and if retaking the SAT or ACT their score goes up at least 100 points - SAT or 5-10 pts. - ACT (but usually more). Have helped individuals with their computers, as well as, classes.
