About Alexandra

Born and raised in France, I moved to America 8 years ago. I have a degree in French language and have been teaching French to children and adults for the last 5 years.

I love teaching to children through play, I also have a special technique of assimilation that matches their rapid learning. For adults beginners who can be intimidated or overwhelmed by the complexity of French language, I usually start with a simple conversation where vocabulary and grammar can be added according to each person’s learning abilities. Every lesson is personalized and tailored to the student needs.

I learned through my family who all speaks many languages (especially my grandfather who spoke more than 10) the little things that makes you “click” and understand faster and easier.

I really enjoy helping others learn French, I am always impressed by one’s commitment to learn another language and through my own experiences I understand its struggles.
