About Alexus
I would like to tutor students who are learning French of all levels. I am a fluent French speaker and possess the ability to read, write, and speak the language fully. As a once Speech Pathology major I also have ample knowledge on dictation, articulation, and pronunciation through phonetics and would utilize this prior knowledge to guide the students to excelling in the language. Distance learning made easy!
I am bilingual and a fluent Frech speaker and have been speaking French from a very young age. I have also taken French in an academic setting in both High School and College and understand how the language should be taugh in fashion that is both effective and engaging to the students.
I also studied Speech Pathology in University and have ample knowledege on phonetics, language aquisition, dictation, and more that I intend to utilize and apply to my lessons to helps students acquire a level of speaking that can be comparable to native speaking.

I would first like to get to know the student on a more personal level, gain an understanding as to what motivated them to learn French as their foreign language. Whether it be for academics purposes or personal development.
I would then begin with a quick ice-breaking assessment to determine what level of speaking, writing, and reading of the student before beginning lessons. An exchange of dialogue, a writing exercise that is a minimum of a paragraph long (5 sentences), and a passage the student would read aloud to assess their reading ability and accent.
