About Maria
Let me tell you a couple of words about me. I am Russian-French. I am a former scientist (currently staying home mom with two little ones :) with two backgrounds: applied math and foreign languages and communications.
I got my PhD in applied math in France where I also taught science in French to 18-19 year olds at a University Engineering school through 3 years. I have been teaching private language classes as well. My little ones are 7 and 10 and both speaking Russian, French and English.
I enjoy learning languages and currently taking Spanish my-self.
What I think is important is the regular practicing, even a short one, but still regular one when we learn a language as well as any other skill.
I am careful to details in pronunciation and sonority of a language and love those little expressions which create that richness of any language.
