About Omar
My name is Omar. I am an Industrial Engineer and a fresh MBA graduate from Sorbonne Business School in Paris. I've recently moved to New York City from France.
I have tutored and taught students French and Math for over 3 years now. My students have seen their grades improve markedly, with many easily earning A's. I have also worked with adults looking to travel or live in a French-speaking country, facilitating their time abroad.
All this to say, I adapt my course content and delivery style depending on my students' needs and background.
For French lessons, we may focus on grammar, conversation, or pronunciation or all of the above. I like to teach using videos and music, reading materials and books.
For Math lessons, I like to use mathematical rules cards for exercises. We may also use games and lists to remember the lessons.
I am willing to travel within Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens areas.
