About Jee
To get a student to put in the maximum effort to achieve his/her potential, I normally try to make a connection with the student. I try and promote selflessness and will be more concerned with the well-being of my students, and hence will spend deeper, more meaningful time for those who need help.I understand limitations and will move away from perfectionism and will not make impossible demands from students. I set reasonable expectations whilst expecting students to give their best effort.
You get to learn from teaching, you get to make a difference in the students' academic lives and sometimes even social lives, Every child is different and getting to work with all of them teaches you alot and is amazing overall

First, I get to know them, their weaknesses, strengths, what they like and dont like in the subject, then proceed from there. With foreign language beginner students, we go step by step building up on their vocabulary, basic words etc. I use a beginners guide with them. For those who have a little more knowledge, I get to build up on that.
