About Christy
I am a French teacher with 22 years of experience. I am certified in French, Social Studies, and Elementary Education. I have experience in small group tutoring and well as one-on-one. It is my passion to help the “light bulb” turn on and see that a child truly understands the material. I accomplish this though determining my student’s learning style and strengths and building upon these areas.
I love developing the personal relationships with my students. I believe that this is a vital step in the learning process. Teaching students is the BEST job in the world especially when they master a previously challenging concept!
I am a French teacher. I have been teaching for 22 years. In addition to French, I have also taught Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, US History, and Ancient World Civilazations.
