About Kathleen

My company focuses on Golf & Wellness. All lessons incorporate fitness and my trademarked program Yoga Fit FORE Golf. We provide a unique learning environment in beautiful Golden, Colorado for all of our students. Whether you are a beginner or single digit handicapper, we have programs designed for all levels. In addition, we incorporate yoga and fitness as part of all the lesson series. You will learn the game of golf, improve your swing, and become strong and confident. We pride ourselves in creating the most comfortable, goal-oriented, educational environment to make learning the game of a lifetime fun!

I love teaching people how to move in their bodies in a way that is accessible, sustainable and repeatable. I have been a teacher for over 30 years and love creating a fun environment for my students to succeed.

I started the game when i was 6 and fell in love.. Decided to become a professional in my early 30's and joined the LPGA

I am a Class A LPGA Professional, Master Trainer, RYT Yoga instructor and have a masters degree in Kinesiology. Over 25 years of teaching experience.
