About Tomas
* Good at finding solutions for each player. I do not follow a "cookie-cutter" approach.
* Will help you develop both your physical and mental skills.
* Over 30 years learning and teaching the mental aspects of athletic performance and competition. Will help you develop positive visuals/images/sensations, which are essential for shot execution.
* 40 years of teaching sports: golf, squash, tennis, racquetball.
* Will help you establish an efficient and fun practice routine, which will transfer skills well to the course.
* Helping players find their own answers to the many challenges of golf, which is a 'never-ending' puzzle.
* Helping adults "stay young" through the process of learning and improving at sports.
* Helping younger players develop a positive perspective/approach - as well as an understanding of skill fundamentals - to promote long-term success and enjoyment of the game.
* Each lesson is a brand new "adventure" and an opportunity for me to keep learning.
