About Kas
The focus at Low Numbers Golf is greater than mechanics. Mechanics are important, however, it is only one dimension of the game. Physical training and mindfulness are important aspects of training for low numbers. Golf is filled with many different challenges. At Low Numbers Golf I want to help golfers learn a well rounded approach.
I have spent years competing. I am a 6 time wire to wire club champion at Emerald Bay Club. 2 time Chrysler National club champion qualifier. I have played in mini tour and Monday qualifier events and passed through the open qualifiers for the Byron Nelson. Due to injury I am ready to focus my effort on helping others enjoy the game more and or learn to compete at the highest level they wish.
I have spent years working with some of the best coaches anywhere like Roy Pace and Pat O’Brien. Pat is my mentor and I have spent the past 13 years working with him. I have been a level one TPI trainer to provide physical assessment and how that relates to the swing.

I believe the first step is to learn about the player. What are there goals? How good do they really want to be? How much time do they have to devote to it? Then it is time to establish a baseline of their knowledge and skill in different areas. Swing mechanics, feel, practice habits, physical, mindfulness, and more.
I have worked with club members sporadically through the years. My main focus has been on competing. I do understand that is not the goal for each golfer which is why we start with their goals.
