About Craig

Nominated New England Section Teacher of the Year and a PGA Head Teaching Professional. The last 18 years of teaching have provided Craig with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. Watching and learning from many Top 100 Teachers such as Hank Haney, Butch Harmon, Jim McLean, Micheal Hebron and Dave Pelz, Craig brings a unique and open minded view to coaching. Teaching over 1000 lessons every year, Craig continues to coach his students to a better game and more enjoyment using the Trackman golf radar and Titleist custom fitting equipment to bring students the ultimate custom fitting and learning solutions.

I got started teaching by accident in St. Louis, MO. An instructor did not show for a clinic and I had to fill in with my boss to finish the clinic.

I enjoyed being a small part of the students improve and I received good feedback from all the people in the group and the rest is history.

I have been a golf instructor now for 25 years. I have extensive training in Trackman for a launch monitor, SAM Putt Lab, only instructor certified in Arizona, AimPoint Green Reading specialist, K-Vest Level 3 training for understand how the body moves along with TPI Level 2. I also have countless hours watching many other instructors to help me work with many different students.

About the lesson

I like to talk with the student, find out what they are looking to accomplish with this instruction. If they have any injuries? Do they have any sports in their background. What they do for a living? What things they liketo do or read. The more I know the better I can assess what will help this student improve and how i need to communicate with them.

I have worked with people that have decided to play just the day before to Touring Professionals.

Communication is the key! If you an communicate you can work with many different types of players.

Talk to you new instructor. I will ask many questions of my new student. Ask many questions of them. The more you know and ask, the better you will become.

I got a test message from a new golfer explaining to me that on their one year annivesrary of playing that she made 3 pars and shot her lowest score.
