Come to Echo Falls and learn GOAT SLING MODEL for EFFORTLESS SPEED - All You’ll Ever Need to Properly Swing a Golf Club.
Ever wonder how the greatest of all time and the modern tour pro create effortless speed in their golf swing? The answer lies in how they load their facial slings in the body. It has also been discovered that the elite ball striker doesn’t even “actively” rotate their shoulders at all on the golf swing. It’s also been proven that “actively” trying to rotate your shoulders in the golf swing actually wrecks the golf swing and robs you of power and speed. This is NOT swing “theory” - this is NOT swing “philosophy” - it’s biomechanics. Come to Echo Falls today and discover the principles that drive elite swings like Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Scottie, Scheffler, and many others!
Most golfers are trying to create speed. (TLDR: Get GOATY at (concealed information)
Elite swings don’t.
In this video(on YouTube) I break down the GOAT Sling Model—a biomechanical, elastic framework that explains why the best players in the world generate massive speed without effort.
Here’s the truth most instruction misses:
If your core loads correctly, the swing unwinds itself faster than your arms can interfere.
This isn’t feel-based advice or a new swing “thought.”
It’s anatomy, elasticity, and structure working together.
What you’ll learn in the video:
• Why muscle-driven speed kills stretch
• How length—not tension—creates recoil
• Why the downswing is not something you start
• What “staying open” actually means (and what it doesn’t)
• The Three S’s that protect your speed:
– Stiff lead arm
– Supinated trail arm
– Stretched core
• The #1 visual diagnostic that tells you if the sling is actually loaded
When the body is loaded correctly, the downswing becomes a rebound—not a command.
Who this is for:
This video is for golfers who:
• Feel like their arms take over under speed
• Get tired or tight trying to “swing faster”
• Have been told to rotate harder but lost consistency
• Want effortless speed instead of forced motion
If you’ve ever felt like you were working too hard for your swing speed, this will change how you see the motion entirely.
How to use this video:
Don’t watch this looking for tips.
Watch it looking for structure.
If you try to “do” the downswing, you’ll miss the point.
If you learn how to load the sling, the downswing takes care of itself.

The goal for each lesson is to BE PROGRESSIVE in a RST drill stacking process.
For beginners, we start with the basic movements of the DEAD Drill which is the specific proper sequence of the golf swing designed to work with your body not against it to prevent injury which gives all the proper mechanics the body needs to perform to build a safe, powerful, repeatable and effortless golf swing.
Homework would be drills and movement work.
For more info on the DEAD Drill, go to YouTube and search “Rotary Swing Dead Drill Overview” with our founder and world renowned instructor Chuck Quinton.
The next step is to blend DEAD Drill with the newly discovered AXIOM pressure shift which gives all the proper mechanics of the Dead Drill but based solely on a feeling of moving in ONE direction until all your mechanics become feel based.
For more information, you can go to YouTube and search Rotary Swing Axiom “The MISSING LINK to the golf swing”
The next step is to add the arms on top of the body stuff then add the club.
This unique drill stacking process makes RST the most safest , fastest, efficient way to learn the golf swing the world has ever known, backed by science, biomechanics and kinesiology.
Anyone from beginner to experienced.
Stick to the process. Learning the golf swing is a process anywhere you learn it. We just happen to be one of the fastest processes in the golf instructional world. Learn how to move and do you’re repetitions, it will pay off. There are no “quick fixes” in the golf swing, only temporary ones. Have a concept about what your trying to do.
In August 2023, one of my students made it through the USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur Qualifier in Oregon and now she’ll be moving on to play in the USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship in Pennsylvania in 2023.
After having a strong showing in the USGA Woman’s Mid-Amateur Championship, she returned home and won the Bellingham Amateur over both men and women.
Since then, she’s been nominated by the Washington Golf Association Championship Committee as the Woman’s Mid-Amateur Of The Year and the Pacific Northwest Mid-Amateur Of The Year for 2023.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Is this approach right for me?
What are my goals?
Do I want to be a good player or just have more fun?

I have taken many lessons over the last 20+ years from some of the supposed best schools. I am a physician, and Chuck's explanations and rationale for the movements required for an efficient and biomechanically safe swing make perfect sense. RST concept of pulling vs pushing is so simple, yet never mentioned by any other instructor.
I am very flexible, and I have long suffered from overswinging. I have been told just like Chuck mentioned to swing to 9 o'clock, and I have felt like the backswing was too short and the downswing too quick. After practicing the drills over one week, I am hitting the ball better than ever.
I have a few lessons left at Golftec, and my coach there has wondered how I have improved so dramatically! Thank you Chuck for sharing your secret!
All three of my boys have been taking lessons since they were 5. Now they are learning the Rotary Swing Tour. Ipad compatible video access was a clincher!

I can know what I am supposed to do rather than guess what I am supposed to be doing. I have lots of books but all of them really don't tell you what to do. They tell you the result.

I have been to golf camps, taken lessons with PGA professionals, watched videos, read magazines, and even bought stuff I saw on infomercials. Nothing worked. They all told me a different thing, often contradicting each other. In contrast, Rotary Swing is a comprehensive and integrated approach that is scientifically and biometrically proven. The lessons tell you exactly what to do, why you need to do it that way, and exactly how. This is not a quick-fix scam, but a sound, long-term strategy for great golf. Full speed ahead!

I've been playing five years on a serious level, 14.2 handicap, and yesterday played consistently through the round. I'd done well before but this time it wasn't luck.
The changes that made the difference? The shoulder-blade slide takeaway, the weight distribution on my much narrower stance, better pitching technique... And most of all finally understanding a proper downswing and not spinning out.
Most important of all? My left hip had been killing me because of improper weight transfer. Not anymore.
I'm a morning show disc jockey for KPRi here in San Diego (it's much like KBCO in Boulder.) I really understand the hard work you have put in to help make this game fun... I've bought a lot of instruction but this is the best.

I can honestly say that Rotary Swing has completely revolutionized the way I think about the golf swing...The website is without a doubt the best golf instruction resource anywhere on the internet.

Chuck Quinton is hands down the single best golf swing instructor in the industry. As a former athlete I consider Chuck to be one of the great teachers in not just golf; but all of the sports world. He is an elite class all his own. Like many of the great hitting instructors in baseball, the swing is a science for him. It is a biomechanically correct swing and involves indisputable truths. He has a passion for seeing his students improve and has helped me shave 12 strokes off my handicap in less than a year.

Basically, anybody with relatively good body function can follow this teaching and put it into their own golf swing. And I think in the long run, it all adds up to much more consistency in the swing.

joined last year around September as a premium member as I started playing golf after 13 years again and was struggling to get the "old body of 50" to swing the club properly again. I saw a YouTube video of Chuck and then joined on the site. I followed all the videos and did all the drills as many times as I could. For the first 2-3 months nothing happened (I stayed a 13 handicap), but I was persistent as I really believed that the teaching was sound and correct.
Then it suddenly happened. From end of December, my handicap suddenly started to drop, and I'm a 6 now! That's right, 7 shots in just over 2 months. I played in our club champs a week ago – the first 36 holes in about 15 years – and came 4th on gross in the A division (0-10 handicap) and ended on 147 net – just 3 shots over my then 7 handicap for the 36 holes. The most important of all is that for the first time in my life (and I was a +2 many years ago), I now understand my swing, can feel where it goes wrong when it does and have the knowledge to work on the fixes. I'm so happy and very grateful for what I've learned from the RotarySwing teaching. As I'm am a qualified WGTF instructor, I've used these methods as well in teaching others (only doing it ad hoc at the moment).
My target is to get down to a 2 or 3 handicap, and I'm confident that I can still make it. Thank you so much to RotarySwing.

I think he's come very close to a golf swing model that appears to be ideal...It's a big muscle, motor-driven swing that's repeatable...You don't have to be a super athlete.

I give a lot of credit to my good friend, Chuck Quinton, for teaching me the important biomechanical facts of a safe golf swing.

Chuck absolutely has a true anatomic and biomechanical awareness of the golf swing, and he can explain it in an understandable manner.

I came to RST to improve my golf swing, and was pleasantly surprised to find just how devoted Chuck and the RST team are to swing mechanics that are not only efficient and effective, but also geared toward longevity in the game.
Regarding my golf game, RST has completely transformed my swing over the winter months. I must admit, it was not an easy process. Prior to RST, I was your typical range 'pounder,' hitting ball after ball with no apparent direction, and not realizing that practicing swing components – rather than repetitive full swings – is an absolute essential.
RST is geared not only toward game improvement through sound biomechanics, but the same principles promote safe play and longevity. Swing biomechanics, which are at the core of RST, are as sound as they are forgiving. Also, as above, I have come to appreciate that time is often better spent working on individual components of the swing, which undoubtedly puts less strain on the joints and muscles than repetitive full swings.

"I can't realistically see myself hitting the ball any better or more consistently down the range or on the course than I am now, and I understand my misses now as well."
Justin is so patient and positive and encouraging to my son. My son's swing has developed so much and he has such power in his swing after Justin's instruction.
