About Nicole
I love Qigong! I love sharing this beautiful practice with others because it has brought me so much joy and peace to my life. My enthusiasm for the practice is palpable.
I love helping others find new ways to move and create space & flow in their bodies. I get to see people light up and transform over time.
I have a background in Dance and Yoga. Following my interest in Chinese Medicine, eleven years ago I found Qigong and haven't looked back since.
