About Rachel
TeachersTurnedSkoolies is made up of my wife and myself. Both traveling together in a converted school bus, visiting all 50 states and 60 National Parks. We were both teachers for six years, but decided to be nomadic travelers, seeking opportunities to be lifelong learners. Although we are no longer in the classroom, our passion for students and education remains.
We have both been in the educational system in one fashion or another (whether that be coach, classroom teacher, or admin) for the last six years.

We like to get to know the student's learning style and approach tutoring from a very individual basis. Each student learns differently, and is motivated differently and therefore should be taught differently.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are your personal stufy habits? What have YOU tried doing yourself to succeed in the subject before seeking tutoring? What is your goal in seeking tutoring? What other acitivites such as sports, jobs, extra-curriculars, etc. are you involved in that will take your time/focus away from school work.
