About Allen
I don't expect any expectations of anyone; for I simply am here to make anybody and everybody succeed.
I enjoy interactivness and cohesive communication between myself and my students.
I am a student, and I just love teaching others, to a certain extent, to best of my capabilities.
I have been volunteering to teach elementary school in Math and English (grammar) students when I was in 7th grade.

I will try to get to know the students. In other words, what are they exactly struggling at and how I am able to help them to the best of my abilities. I care that all students pass their years in school, successfully!
I have worked with students ranging from 8-12 years of age
"As a student learns something everyday, so does a teacher/tutor learn something everyday!"
There should be a sense of communication between the two.
A couple of years ago, I was asked by a friend of family's to help out her son (who was 8 years old) in his Math class. I helped him with what he needed to know, and as a result, he got a 4/4 on his report card!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should really focus on what they really need help with in order to pass their class(es).
If a student can't manage to identify his/her mistakes, and get used to the subject that they're struggling in, then that means that it is the ideal time for them to talk about this with a tutor.
