About Ted

I've worked for over 20 years as an educator specializing in 3D graphics and have been exposed to all sorts of learning styles. I am very dedicated to my students and go the extra mile to ensure positive learning outcomes.

The act of creating anything imaginable from start to finish using the almost magical tools of modern 3D computer graphics and transfering that magic from the tools on to the students through the act of creation.

I was hired on after grad school (University of Cincinnati DAAP) to teach at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. It was a community education class dedicated to the ins and outs of Adobe Photoshop.

I am a 3D computer graphics/traditional artist based in Montgomery Oh and am an enthusiastic technology specialist/educator eager to help students and clients maximize their potential through effective use of modern 3D Graphics technology.

I have been an educator teaching and specializing in the production of 3D models and animations for over 20 years.

I am proficient in 2D and 3D graphics as it relates to the use of:

·         Maya for 3D modeling and animation

·         Substance for texturing

·         Vray for rendering

·         3D Printing

·         Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, AE).stance for texturing

·         Vray for rendering

About the lesson

Provide a syllabus that outlines the flow of the course. I make sure they have the proper software and hardware to complete the class. Then I go through each project with the student. All materials are customised to the student need to amplify student learning.
