About Gary

I have been a private music teacher teaching Drums and Guitar in the High Desert Since 1981. My students enjoy coming to there lessons! I like to work with them and help them to understand and grow on their instrument. Many of my student through the years have succeeded in band programs in schools and the community. Along with the music theory and explanations, we play exercises together and have great workouts for helping to achieve the musical skills necessary to greatly improve performance.

I enjoy what I do. It is a passion and I love working with people of all ages learn and master their skills in music.

I enjoy teaching and helping others begin to achieve a higher standard of skill and development on there instrument. I like working with people and enjoy watching my students grow and improve there skills. I love practicing with my students in my sessions.

About the lesson

Establish a working relationship with my new student! Show them what I will begin to cover and get them on a track to begin. Introduce the techniques and theory and ways to practice to and assign their first lesson. I teach them to practice and apply the skills for successful completion of each weeks lesson. Enjoy and share their accomplishments and watching them grow!
