About Keyser
Sarah Keyser is a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music (May 2019), where she studied guitar, voice, songwriting, and music production. She won an award for her original music in 2015 for a jazz/R&B song. She currently works as a freelance guitarist, creative consultant, and music teacher. She is also a pop/rock artist that writes and plays around LA. Some venues she's played include The Viper Room, Silverlake Lounge, The Study, and State Social House. Keyser has experience in a handful of different genres, such as pop, rock, jazz, blues, R&B, and punk. Her vast knowledge of music theory and understanding of the guitar make her a fun and experienced educator to all ages.

When meeting a new student I like to get to know them. What is there experience like with the instrument? And what are their goals? Then I would teach them some basic techniques depending on their level. I would also typically teach them a song of their choosing or dive into a specific style of guitar playing.
