About Michael
I have taught since i was in high school. I was a gymnast, and found that i had a natural ability to teach what i learn, through detailed explanation, great patience and encouragement, and the discipline required to accomplish. I develop a partnership with students, which leads to greater communication, which leads to success.

Bachelor of Music, with an emphasis in classical guitar performance and minor in Music Theory

I generally cater to the student's desire and what they want to learn.
i then begin teaching necessary techniques for learning the material while "breaking things down" to their most basic level, and moving up from there
Generally, i want each student to walk away from a lesson knowing the goals required so they can learn as quickly as possible
I thoroughly enjoy working with anyone with a sincere desire to learn.

Michael is an amazing musician! I’ve been able to show him one song I like and he’s already playing it perfectly after just one or two listens. He is the nicest guy and is definitely one who will constantly work with you. He is so educated when it comes to music and the guitar. Not only does he demonstrate this simply just by his skills but also by his passion for music. He could play the guitar every second of everyday if he could and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is either brand new to the guitar or even if you have a little experience. I have no doubts that he could help anyone become an amazing musician.
