About Stephanie

I teach guitar, piano, voice, trumpet, and ukulele lessons! I have a music degree and a masters in education. I love to help students achieve their musical goals!

I am a fun and relaxed teacher and I specialize in teaching techniques to my students to allow them to play music naturally.

I have a Bachelors of Music Education and a Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as four years experience of teaching elementary music and I have been teaching private lessons for three years.

About the lesson

As your music teacher I am here to help you achieve your musical goals and set you up for musical success with a foundation of great technique, a broad base of knowledge, and a path that will enable you to play and perform the music you want.

You should feel as though you are making progress in music lessons, not frustration. I start all lessons by teaching posture, technique, and fundamentals, upon which everything in music is built on.
