About Sarah
We want the students of Wiremill AcademyTM to leave a class, workshop or lesson, feeling like they have discovered the power of creative expression, taken risks in order to learn something important, and developed their potential as individuals as well as performers; we want them to ask questions and think about themselves and the world in new ways. Most of all, we want our students to enjoy the process every step of the way. Wiremill Academy, entering its eighth year was founded by three professional performers — Rick Hilsabeck, Mary Jo Duffy and Sarah Pfisterer — all of whom have extensive Broadway, concert, commercial and film credits in addition to years of experience teaching. We offer classes in Acting, Improv, Musical Theatre, Private Lessons in Voice & Acting, Audition Prep, and fully staged productions of Shows, all taught and directed by professionals with years of experience in the industry.
