First off, Dave is incredibly gifted as a musician. On top of that, he's really patient, kind, relatable, and articulate in meeting people where they're at, to build the proper foundation for long term growth as a musician. Dave Yauk is a really good instructor. He knows his "stuff". I took drum lessons and singing lessons. I was a novice, and he was very patient with me. I am an older woman and with Dave's help, was able to make some physical adjustments, in order to drum. The way he teaches is very logical and makes sense. The homework assignments reinforce what he teaches during the lessons. Dave is good-natured and fun to be around. He likes what he does, and it comes through during the lessons. Dave runs an honest and ethical business. I highly recommend him without any reservations.
