About Nan

All offerings at Harmony Arts are based on the sound philosophy that music is a language and must be taught that way if students are to become truly musically literate. We believe that students learn best when we meet them where they are at. Our students understand music on a deeper level, because of our approach which allows them to develop a real and lasting relationship with music. We collaborate often as a staff, which gives us the opportunity to hash out issues that teachers would otherwise have to figure out on their own. We love working on our own talents as a staff, and we really love what we do!

We recently put a great system in place to offer continual feedback to parents on student growth. We appreciate and value parent insight and work hard to have open communication with our parents.

We value the honor and privilege of facilitating and observing student progress and growth. We love that music gives us opportunity to teach true principles that can easily be applied to many areas in life. We love watching the nurturing and healing affects of music on the individual and on the family.
