About Dee
I work with each individual gymnast because everyone learns at a different pace and not all teaching styles work with every gymnast.

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the progress an athlete puts in to gain a new skill.
I have been coaching since 2010 and have attended numerous workshops and trainings for safe spotting, drills for skills and progression for high level skills. I currently hold an active SafeSport certification through USAG.

I start with the basics - handstand, cartwheel, roundoff. Showing these three basic skills tells me where a student is struggling or excelling and I can quickly create a lesson plan for each individual student/gymnast.
