About James
I have been teaching social studies for 8 years at a public high school in Baltimore county. I have a masters degree in secondary education and worked as a juvenile probation officer prior to becoming a teacher. Having 3 young school aged children has allowed me to work on different approaches to teaching with younger students than the high schoolers I work with on a daily basis. I love to learn as much as I love to teach and live for the experience of seeing someone achieve an understanding of how historic events have a relevant impact on our daily lives.
