About Thomas
I am in the process of finishing a book on the history of the American Civil War. In my BS College degree I minored in American history. I have read a number of American history books and biographies. I have had an interest and passion for American history for nearly all of my life. Presently there have been attacks on our history and I have a desire to help set the record straight. Included in my interests in Biblical studies and religion is my desire to help students to recognize their worth and potential and I believe this would help them to achieve their goals. That is why I would very much desire to work as a tutor to fulfill this goal. My experience has centered mainly in the religious fields as a teacher of the Bible to various age groups and as a pastor. I have served tutoring while in College to grade school students in history/bible studies. My gualifications include a BS degree from Mid America Christian University class of 1976. One of my treasured accomplishments was being awarded to the position of Staff Chaplain at Hillside Hospital in Howland, Ohio in 2003, which I took on in voluntary position.
