About Ashley
Decades of experience in the show ring, training both horse and rider, along with love of animals and the land.
My mother and I have been riding horses before we could walk, my mother was the executive director for The Southlands Foundation riding school for decades as I was growing up. We provided lessons in dressage, equitation and cross country. The farm held local shows where students could participate. The foundation was developed on the idealolgy of learning about the love of the land and the animals on it. I grew riding at the age of and began teaching and training students at the age of 12. When I started riding professionally at 16 I traveled all over the east coast with Jimmy Toon and Shachine Belle, both training and showing. Now a mother myself, I reside here in SWFL with my family and mother.
