About Redbear
Red Bear farm has opportunities for everyone! Wether it be gaining confidence and buillding a solid base in the equestrian community or working up the levels, advancing technique and mastering the art of horseback riding, Red Bear farm has the answers. We have horses of all levels making us a great option to entrust to bring you along from your first time on a horses back, to competing in your first event! We offer multiple types of lessons including dressage, showjumping and eventing focuses.
At Red Bear Farm we enjoy watching students and horses grow together. Our close knit family style facility allows for all to feel welcome and comfortable and to truly learn how to enjoy the bond that horseback riding forms between all parties involved.
Our favorite thing about welcoming new people to the sport is watching them advance over the time that they are with us. Wether it be the first time on a horse to the first jump they make, or simply going from beginner novice level to novice. Growth is what we love to see!

We believe that a strong base is essential in learning before you can properly excel in the horseworld. At Red Bear Farm we focus on horse care such as grooming and tacking up and beginners first learn ground work. Basics like walk, trot and some ground poles are how we start.
At this facility we focus on the individual, telling how quickly a student will progress all depends on the person. We move at your pace and we find it very important to communicate with you and determine what you want from the experience!

I have been a student of Mimi Redden for going on 9 years now. From day one she has been the best instructor I have ever ridden with. With her I have had breakthrough after breakthrough with my horses and her horses. Anytime I have come to her with a question, she does her best to answer and help me through any problems that arise. It is because of her teachings that I have gone to competitions, gained experience in training horses, and grown as individual in all aspects, not just horseback riding.
