About Sarah
Our focus is teaching people how to ride in a well balanced seat. English or Western the foundationional principles are the same. We have an indoor arena so lessons can happen out of the weather, and we will sometimes take students on trail rides over the palouse.
Our instructor, Sarah Holloway has been teaching horseback riding lessons since 2012 and has been certified by both CHA and EMW as an Instuctor. She is passionate about how horses can help kids grow into responsible adults and that adults can fine joy and a releif from their hectic lives.
I started out at a summer camp. Later on I couldn't stay away from horses until I finally asked a barn I was at if I could teach. They said yes and the rest is history.
Our instructor is a certified riding instructor and also has a BS degree in Outdoor Education.

When we get new students we like to make sure they either already know or learn the basics. Including grooming and tacking their own horses. We do require a riding release to be signed before riding.
I have worked with students of all ages. Starting with Poney rides with kids so young they need a parent beside them up through adults. I have worked with autistic kids, children with Down Syndrome, and even someone who was missing her lower leg.
