About
Kristen has been apart of the sports community for over 28 years, with over 18 years of nationwide coaching experience. She is apart of a multi-generational family of international athletes and including: figure skaters, skiers, and hockey hall of fame players, from the United States, Canada, and across Europe.
A competitive figure skater for over a decade in the Northeast and Midwest regions. She reached the highest testing level of testing through U.S. Figure Skating in 3 different disciplines (MIF, Freestyle, and partner track Ice Dance). Kristen also has experience with competitive Synchronized Skating. Kristen spent her summer's training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado-training with World and Olympic coaches.
She had coached hundreds of children individually and thousands through group classes. Her students have ranged from a beginner's first steps to gold medalists at regional championships. She has coached in 3 different major markets including Charlotte, Philadelphia, and Atlanta.
Kristen is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Sports Management, with concentration in recreational programming and sports tourism. Graduating with the President's award for her internship with Atlanta SPARKS Special Needs Program as a team leader. She is a member of U.S. Figure Skating, Georgia Figure Skating Club, and Learn to Skate USA.
Kristen attained her Personal Training and Corrective Exercise certification through Lifetime Academy, a sector of the Lifetime Fitness family brand. The program included a 6 month intensive in person interactive testing and final in person practical assessment in Atlanta, Georgia.
