About Leong
My passion is sharing the techniques in martial arts I have learned over the last 17 years in Karate and BJJ. I started training in Karate when I was 15 and then switched to catch wrestling and BJJ when I was 26. I have competed in grappling competitions and have won medals as well as competed in two amateur cage matches. I love seeing people grow and be able to take care of themselves outside of the ring and gain confidence as well.
I love teaching and sharing martial arts. My dad was a world karate champion and sensei and part of that passion resonates with me and is in my dna

About the lesson

We start on the basics of movement and positioning as well as create a fundamental warm up routine that will slowly and consistently build the cardio and strength needed to perform certain techniques.
After the warm up routine will drill the same techniques for 20-100X until the move gets implanted via muscle memory
We finish with light sparring at the end to build cardio and increase strength and knowledge retention
