About John
We teach traditional martial and healing arts designed to strengthen the body, calm and balance the mind, and develop a vibrant spirit.
We enjoy watching our students' health improve and their world view of what is possible expand.
We began teaching at the command of our instructor.
We are certified instrctors through the North American Tang Shou Tao Association, and have been teaching since 2001.
