About Marlene
I realized that building relationships and inspiring people to confidently lead those who depend on them requires a special kind of mindset. From my life story and my journey up to now, I want to use the experiences I gained to inspire and lead women, young and older to find the source they lack within themselves. So they can feel more self-awareness and improved self-esteem.
I am a Trainer, coach, mentor, speaker, and consultant. I am the founder and Director for Mew Management Services Inc, a certified woman-owned business. I work with individuals, groups, both profit, and non-profit companies and organizations. I am also a certified John Maxwell Team Leader.
My credentials include a bachelor's from UCONN, a master's from AIU, and a doctorate from NCU. A recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award given by the Rotary Club of Norwich, CT for service recognition of the Celebrate Cultural Diversity event in Norwich. And also, an inductee in the National Society of Leadership and Success.
