About Tara
We are a boutique Yoga Studio located in Pasadena, CA and we offer yoga classes, yoga teacher training certifications, reiki certification, pre-and post natal yoga, and Kirtan and mantra meditation classes. We offer both private and group classes. We can come to you, you can come to us, or we can set up an online/phone session.
Also, Tara Napoli, reiki master/avid yogini and founder of TNPY offers individualized life couching sessions. She offers intuitive spiritual guidance, card readings, NLP, energy clearing, and reiki healing through phone sessions.
