About Kate

I specialize in assisting women in transition to feel into your subtle energy bodies and tap into your deepest well of inner nourishment (what I call “the well of the Mother”).

Whether your focus is amplifying physical well-being, upping your self-care practices, or receiving emotional and spiritual support to open your heart, this space we create together is about returning to wholeness and getting to the root cause of the resistances you’re facing. This work supports you connect with your soul’s calling to be here on the Earth at this time and to gently integrate internal obstacles as allies.

I love supporting clients to committed to your soul’s evolution and to having a direct and intimate relationship with the sacred through your body and daily life. Whether you’re moving through a divorce, job change, just had a baby, or are going through a "dark night," I love supporting people to embrace their darkness, make friends with their fears, and embrace the transformation and change that life is calling forth. It's sucha an honor to witness and hold a safe unbiased space for others to see themselves clearly.

I went through my own healing journey back in 2005 and studied about nutrition and how to heal my own body. That led me to further studies in psychology and then somatic work. I found ceremony in 2015 which allowed me to see the more subtle energies present in my own body, mind, and relationships. I've been able to see the emotional energy present in others since I was a child, but couldn't distinguish between my own and others' emotions and took on many people's shame, guilt and fears. Through my inner work I've learned how to work with my emotions, to see them as powerful allies and support others to embrace these energies and let them support them to bring their visions and dreams into the world.

Certified holistic health counselor, Hakomi certified, Inner Coach certified.

About the lesson

1 2-hour session (via Zoom or phone) every other week for 8 weeks. (4 sessions total). Our final session can be in person, if you like.

I‘ll send you a thorough followup email containing practices, meditations, songs, and personal inquiries for you to play with in between sessions.

Also included is access to me via text and email during the course of our work together.

Details

The price of this is $900, which can be paid in monthly installments, according to your budget and financial situation. I ask that we have a clear agreement and plan around the financial before we begin work together.
