About Maureen

I’ve been a life coach/leadership coach for over 15 years, a meditation coach for 5 years, and a yoga instructor for less than a year. I offered coaching as part of my corporate job at Microsoft, mainly to the leaders and executives. After 12 years of corporate coaching, I left the corporate world to provide services to individuals such as yourself. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of people to realize their personal, professional, and spiritual potential.

I have worked with highly successful people my whole life...starting with my parents. My father was a lawyer and veteran, who has now passed on, and my mother a successful retired restauranteur. I have met world leaders (Pervez Musharraf, Brian Mulroney, Jean Cretian, Al Gore, Rafael Correa, Cheick Mobido Diarra, Bill Gates, Steve Balmer, B. Kevin Turner), and counselled top Microsoft executives.

Since my childhood, I was taught life skills on how to be successful, which is a blessing, and also a responsibility. I enjoy sharing this knowledge with others.

The spiritual, health, and wellness component of my business grew organically these past 6 years after surviving cancer, and experiencing loss with the death of my father and fiance. Today, I am at peace, and strive to be healthy, physically, mentally and spiritually, so that I can offer the best of me to my clients, and loved ones.
