About Tricia
I'm highly credentialed as a coach (PCC, ECC, PPCC) which positions me to partner powerfully with people in every area of their lives.
A summa cum laude graduate from The University of Alabama, I spent over 20 years in corporate positions that included Vice President of Global Project Management and Operations Director of small to mid-sized businesses, and as an Organization and Leadership Development Analyst with Lockheed Martin. I have been fortunate to travel the world both for business and pleasure. All of these roles and experiences were instrumental in fine-tuning the talents within me while differentiating what was fully satisfiying.
Whether coaching, writing, speaking, or creating content and development tools, I am focused on inviting and guiding people into recovering all the intended possibilities for their life.
I love partnering with people to make sure their future self is exceedingly joyful! It''s a delight to watch them discover all the possibilities for their llives!
Informed by Wisdom, I partner with clients to sharpen their focus, set their direction, and take action in their lives. As a coach, I am passionate about helping others shake the dirt of conformance and compromise off of their feet and flourish in the deeply seeded purpose planted inside them. I do not do this in a vacuum of theory and information, but from my own experience of exchanging an old life for a new one. I know the challenges that will be faced. I understand the struggle to persevere. I recognize when focus needs to be realigned. I am aware of distractions that come to change the course. I hold my clients' values, aspirations, and legacy as a sacred trust, and remind them when they are too weary to remember themselves.
Individuals, families, relationships, ministries, and businesses have all benefited from the focused work they've undertaken with my coaching.
