About Wendy
I help them remove any mental blocks that are holding them back. Help them move forward in all areas of their life by teaching them tools to master any negative thinking and difficult emotions and how to develop positive habits to move forward toward more fulfilling relationships, satisfying work and a healthy lifestyle.
I love having people walk in for their first session feeling scared, stuck and hopeless and by the end of the session they are feeling hopeful and determined because they have taken the first step to transform their life. Each session, even starting with the very first session, they walk out with tools and strategies they can use right away. So they go from stress, anxiety and indecision to having direction, purpose and focus. And most importantly they know i have their back!
