I teach people how to be self empowered to know what to do and how to solve at least 80% of their health priorites from home with sensible natural solutions that work.

You will come away knowing yourself, your needs and what to do better than before in a healthful way.

Owning my own medical business.

I decided that I wanted to help others who are struggling, hurting in life, and need good grounded coaching. I started with my own young family. My sister in law kept saying you would be a good councilor. I decided to get training along with my daughter who wanted to do the same thing. I was already coaching people successfully in health and wellness for many years. I have expaned to being a life coach since all aspects of health affect each other in how we feel. I believe in looking at all aspects in determining solutions.

Personal experience being married 28 years, raising 4 great kids, and challenges in a variety of ways. Life experience is a great trainer. I am a good listener, non judgemental, bring a natural compassionate side where I can help people make the changes they want.

Serviced and helped improve hundreds of doctors practices and their patients for many years.

Taught and serviced over 300 friends and individuals improve their health, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

About the lesson

Talk on the phone and decide if it is a good fit and the process of how to meet your needs and the fee.

Evenings and Saturdays are available.

Assess the students goals, expectations and what what improvements they want and if their needs are what fits for both of us.

I have worked with family members with relationship, and frustraing challenges, many customers over the years who are trying to figure out their health challenges, weight, energy, sleep, digestion, immune, circulation, stress and more.

Ask questions so you are comfortable with the plan, what is expected from you. Would you feel comfortable with me?
