About Stefanie

Who you are? At your root, who are you? Do you even remember? Have the people and responsibilities in your life define who you thought you should be? You're not alone. Many of us have spent years trying to be what everyone else needs. Along the way, we have lost sight of our true selves.

I am here to help you find your way back. My name is Stefanie and I am a life coach, motivational speaker, author, and holistic wellness practitioner. As the owner of Stefanie Rachelle Coaching, I utilize my training in yoga, yoga nidra, life coaching, and hypnotherapy to support your transformation...

It's all about the breakthrough, the AH HA moment, that moment when you step on the other side of fear and into greatness. This is what drives me to do this work.

According to my daughter, I've been a life coach forever.

I officially began my journey in 2018.

In addition to my degrees in business and liberal studies, I have a diploma from Southwest Institue of Healing Arts as a Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner with certificates in Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Yoga Nidra.

About the lesson

Each experience is unique and tailored to the needs of my client. We before our session I will ask you to complete an intake form as part of our introduction. At that time you are welcomed to ask me any questions. From there we schedule our first session.

I've had the honor of working with students from varied backgrounds, races, gender identifications, and ages. My core group is women (female-identified) ages 30-45.
