About Bri

I offer online yoga instruction and distance reiki! I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social work with a specialization in mental health and groups. I'm able to offer private, couples, or group instruction. I am grounded in alignment and anatomy and have a thorough understanding of the human body. My tone of voice is calming and easy to understand. I am thoughtful and specific with my sequencing and guidance. Let's grow your practice together!

I love helping people meet their physical and spiritual goals. I hope to help you work through anything that is currently standing in your way whether that is physical, mental or emotional. I love forging new connections and helping people realize that within themselves is the cure to their own suffering.

About the lesson

A comprehensive intake that assesses you for areas of concern, pain, strength, and mobility. I like to meet my clients where they are and ensure that our time together is spent developing areas that you want to work on. I'll ask gentle questions about preferences to understand you! From there we will come up with a plan that outlines objectives and short term goals to meet those objectives. First and foremost, it is your practice and I want to assist you in whatever way most meets your unique needs.
