About Tanya
I help individuals become “unstuck” and break through barriers to accomplish goals or discover their purpose after a major life event.
In March of 2018 life took an abrupt change. In the blink of an eye I was a widow, single mother and completely lost. For close to 20 years I had been living my role in life (wife, mother, daughter, volunteer...) and not living my purpose. So when life changed instantly I had absolutely no idea what to do or what I wanted to be when I grew up. So much of my day to day had gone to my role as mother and wife. I poured all of my time and energy into others but never poured anything into myself, I got the scraps if there even were any. It is a very surreal experience to realize you don't even know yourself. I embarked on a journey to self discovery, healing, and discovering my purpose in life as Tanya, not mom or wife or any other role. Just Tanya.
This abrupt right turn on my path of life rocked my world and could have left me curled up in a ball in the corner or unable to get out of bed. Don't get me wrong, there have been days and times when I still struggle, I am very much a work in progress. I am after all a recovering codependent people pleaser. My desire is to empower you to see your purpose, rediscover yourself and live to your utmost potential before you are forced to by some unforeseen circumstance. I also want you to see how capable you are in this world, something I had to learn the hard way.
Are you ready to start living? It is the most freeing thing I have ever done for myself and my children; choosing to LIVE. I've got you, I will cheer you on, I will hold you accountable and encourage you like you've never experienced before. I am here to tell you that you can do this, I believe in you!
