About Melanie

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and teaching for over a decade. My love and passion for the practice has evolved and deepened in countless ways and I love navigating this deepening journey into self for others. Life coaching came to me several years ago after years of leading people through teacher training. I realized my purpose was to connect others to their purpose and so I offer both a yoga experience as well as one on one coaching depending on what you are looking to do and what areas of your life you want to grow into. So much of life is moving from a feeling of stuck to unstuck, and I can help you to discover this ability within yourself.

I absolutely love the process of transforming limiting beliefs and watching our lives change before our eyes. There's also a real need to learn acceptance, forgiveness and mindfulness to create less resistance in our lives and around the things we truly want. Every time I teach it, I learn it deeper and deeper for myself. It feels like a service to the planet to be involved in this work.
