About Tracey

I'm passionate about helping people discover themselves in a whole new way.

I have been helping people discover how to feed and move their bodies, bring peace to their minds, and live from their spirits for as long as I can remember.

I am certified in yogic nutrition, am a certified yoga teacher and life coach. I have practiced energy healing and the transformative power of meditation for over 25 years. I have worked with children of all ages, women, families, and the elderly. I have worked with individuals and groups of all sizes.

I have been teaching in various settings for over 25 years.

I am certified in yogic nutrition and have an international diploma in yoga, am a certified yoga teacher and life coach.

I have training in full body meditation, mindfulness, intuitive eating, as well as fasting.

About the lesson

I usually do an over the phone or online interview first to make sure we are a good match. If we are then, depending on what we have agreed to we begin meeting once a week, either online or in person. After an initial assessment, we determine the number of sessions that we need to meet the needs of the individual or individuals.

I have worked with children of all ages, women of all ages, families and groups. I have worked with the elderly and those with special needs.

Don't look for the prettiest picture. Look for someone who sparks something deep down inside of you that can help you live from your highest levels of health; body, mind and soul.

Recently, a member of the children's meditation group that meets in the morning before school, was about to begin, and the oldest member of the group, a thirteen year old boy, asked if he could lead the meditation. He did an excellent job. It is gratifying when the student becomes the master.

Details

I have a basic pricing system: 25 dollars an hour if you come to me and if I travel I charge 30. If we decide that working together will be mutually beneficial, we agree to a set number of sessions: 5, 10, 15, etc.

Group rates vary depending on the size.
