About Gillian
Hi! My name is Gillian, and I can be a helpful hand/life coaching assistant. I bring a wealth of experience in helping others discover their potential and lift their optimism and I can assure you that my sessions will help lead you on a successful path. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I’ve faced challenges with disorganization, mental health struggles, and accountability. Four years ago, I committed to a holistic approach to self-improvement, and it completely transformed my life. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
If you’re someone who struggles with staying accountable to your goals, building stronger relationships, or simply need a supportive and motivating guide to help you stay on track with your mental well-being/life, I’d be honored to work with you. My mission is to inspire and empower you to believe in yourself, find clarity, and create a life that makes you genuinely happy.
I understand what it feels like to live in a mental fog, unsure of how to find happiness or motivation in daily life. I’ve been there, and I know that transformation is possible. With the right support, tools, and mindset, nothing is impossible. Happiness starts with you, it’s my goal to help you uncover it and take the steps to build a life you love.
