Jay is a certified personal trainer and body transformation expert dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
He believes that fitness needs to be fun and strives to provide interesting, innovative and individualized fitness programs.
Jay works hard to help his clients achieve their fitness goals and enjoys seeing the boost in self esteem and confidence that comes along with it.
His personal goals and passion for better health and fitness for himself and his clients has been his inspiration to continue studying health and wellness.
Jay's magnetic energy and positive attitude along with his friendly style tests extremely well with clients.
