About Chrystal
Hello students!
My name is Chrystal and I established the Healthy Healing Goddess in 2019.
I am a Certified 200 hr Yoga Teacher and absolutely love sharing this healing modality with others, as it truly saved my life. I was very sick in November of 2017, and through my personal journey of yoga, and with much dedication, I was able to regain my strength and health. After experiencing this and having a personal testament to the healing benefits of yoga, I knew I wanted to become a teacher to be able to share this powerful healing practice with others. I now teach both group and private classes to all levels of students wanting to gain or regain flexibility, balance, and inner peace in their lives. Yoga is an amazing way to reduce stress, anxiety and depression through the connection of breath and movement, aligning the mind, the body and the spirit.
I also work with the deep healing ancient medicine of Kambo, and became a certified practitioner of Kambo medicine in 2020. I offer sacred ceremonies of Kambo as well as other sacred medicine ceremonies and intuitive life coaching.
